Along with the many workouts that BeachBody has to offer, as a BeachBody Coach I wanted to make aware that there are a couple of workouts geared towards a particular a particular group of people.
The first being Kathy Smith’s Project You: Type 2.
This workout is geared toward folks with type 2 diabetes and is very unique because the American Diabetes Association has joined up with Kathy Smith and Beachbody to fight
Type 2 Diabetes.
As with all Beachbody workouts, this program also includes a nutritional program so you get the full package, with the exercise and eating guide, so you or someone you know can have a healthier life.

The other workout I’d like to mention is one for people over 55 years old that may feel some of the other workouts may be a little to intense for them.
Tony Horton has put a 30 minute workout together called “Tony and the Folks”, specifically geared towards seniors.
It’s a low impact program that can be purchased for under $10.00 and a portion of the funds go to the Concern Foundation which helps fund cancer research.

Two other workouts geared towards children are put out by Shaun T,
the maker of HIP HOP ABS and INSANITY With childhood obesity where it is today, these workouts programs will make exercising fun for kids. The first is called Fit Kids Club, and geared toward children ages 7 and up and is a 25 min workout, the second is called
Get Real with Shaun T and comes with 2 workouts on one DVD.
Both workout also include a snack guide to help kids make wise decision when looking for something to eat and a workout calendar.
