Body Beast by Beachbbody now available

Beachbody’s newest workout release Body Beast is now available. If you’ve already seen my BODY BEAST post this will look familiar, but there’s also some additional information  that I’ve learned from Sagi since returning from Summit so please check that out also.

Just released, BODY BEAST™ is the first Beachbody® program dedicated to maximum muscle gains and fat loss. Created by champion bodybuilder, Sagi Kalev, it uses a combination of old- and new-school bodybuilding techniques to build muscle without using expensive gym equipment or harmful steroids.

BODY BEAST workout is an extreme program, specifically developed to bulk up your body AND your confidence. Soon you can start building your body with the BODY BEAST workout, right at home.
Body Beast:
• Build extreme muscle and bulk with Dynamic Set TrainingTM.
• Designed to pack on up to 10 pounds of muscle mass in 90 days
• Developed and hosted by the champion bodybuilder Sagi Kalev

BODY BEAST workout is one of the only all-encompassing body-building, nutrition and supplement systems on the market.
How Body Beast works:
• Dynamic Set Training is a breakthrough in sports science. By using Single Sets, Super Sets, Giant Sets, Progression Sets, Drop Sets, Tempo Sets, and more, with added resistance, it is designed to exhaust the muscles, activate more muscle fibers, and naturally boost testosterone levels beyond what’s been possible before in a home training system.
• An in-depth bodybuilding nutrition plan developed by champion bodybuilder and champion trainer Sagi Kalev provides lots of quick, simple-to-prepare, delicious meals that will help pack on the muscle—fast.
• A supplement system developed specifically for Body Beast puts you on the fast track to achieving the physique that millions of men dream of but fail to achieve due to lack of proper supplementation.

Sagi Kalev:
-The creator of Body Beast
-Competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions, and won two “Mr. Israel” titles, among others
-Has spent many years training bodybuilders for competition, and used this experience as the
foundation for the Body Beast program
-Uses a steroid-free approach to bodybuilding

– This was one of the questions asked to Sagi by numerous woman at the Summit and the answer is YES, woman can also do this workout. They of course would not be taking the amount of supplements that men would, but also he said the program would not “bulk” a woman up like a man, but would build their muscles and give them good definition. If she follows the program she will also get great results.

Also within the program there is schedule for “Bulk” and “Lean“, so there is a variation depending on what your needs are.  The Bulk speaks for itself, however the Lean program is for those that want to build, but also want to lose some fat.

If you”re in treated in this program or any other Beachbody product don’t’ hesitate to contact me.

This was one of the great things about the Summit this year, was in the CORE the trainers were there and you were able to ask them questions about their programs. There were at least 4 ladies that asked about this at separate times.

  6. Darren

Great information. I’ve been on the fence with this one, but you provided me what I was looking for. Thanks.
