Rockin’ Body with Shaun T.

Rockin’ Body is one of the less known workouts that Shaun T does, and the reason of bringing this up is that Team Beachbody is having an incredible sale on this product.
The regular cost is usually about $60.00 retail and the price is slashed now to $20.00, and the deluxe kit is priced the same way so you can get the full set for under the cost of what the total cost was for just the basic.
This is a great workout for those that enjoy working out to 80′s music and having a “dancey feel” to the workout. I really enjoy the “Rock it Out” workout which is a toning and sculpting type workout.
For those that enjoy Shaun T you will enjoy these workouts.
