The Difference between P90X and P90X2

Alot of people who have done P90X and even some that have not but have heard of it are curious to know what the difference is between P90X and P90X2.

Well it’s time to hear it form the man himself , the creator or P90X and P90X2 Tony Horton.

Power 90 sweat 3-4

Today continuing my Beachbody workouts, I did Power 90 sweat 3-4.
Overall a good workout and a good sweat.
It starts off as many other Tony Horton with warm-ups containing Yoga then onto rounds of exercise. This group of exercises though he does move at faster pace since it is supposed to be a bit more advanced.
It went as some of the other workouts do in rounds of a few exercises at a time, then a 30 second water and towel break and back to the workout.
After the cool down it went into a group of ab exercises totaling 200 crunches in various configurations.
Though it was a 45 min workout it did seem to pass rather quick.

Overall I give it a thumbs up rating :)

Power 90 Fat Burning Express

Today I decided to do the additional workout included in Power 90, the Power 90 Fat Burning Express.
This is a 35 min. workout that Tony Horton did in Hawaii with a group of people outside instead of in a gym.
This was a good workout going with 5 groups of exercises and three rounds per group.
I did get a good workout with this, and the nice thing was the folks working out with him looked like they were having fun :)

The only thing that I didn’t like was when Tony was doing the exercises, they were following him, but as soon as he walked around to check form everyone went at their own pace so it didn’t do any good trying to follow anyone because everyone moved at a different pace unless he was counting.
Though this isn’t in the calendar of workouts it would definatley one to incorporate.
