Check out one of Beachbodys newest workout Turbo-Fire to be released the end of June that supposed to help you burn 9x the fat up to 48 hours.
It will consist of 12 “classes” 10 DVDs and a 12 week program as the basic program.
The Deluxe program is an additional 8 weeks with 5 programs and 4 DVDs and also includes 30 days of P90X recovery formula.
Both levels of course include a nutrition guide that also includes Beachbodys awesome meal replacement drink Shakeology in the menus.
It will also have and additional “hybrid” program included with the calendar to workout with Chalean Extreme and Turbo-Fire and include Burn Circuit 1 from Chalean Extreme.
The workouts are based on “HIIT” (Hi Intensity Interval Training) which differs from Insanity’s Max Interval Training.
